We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ years of experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment and hands-on expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. What You'll Do
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle end-to-end hiring for IT Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful candidate joining.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.
