Summary

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is seeking a highly motivated AI Software Developer with 2–4 years of experience in modern software development. The ideal candidate should possess strong full-stack development skills and hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools to build, optimize, and deploy scalable applications.

The role requires the ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted coding platforms, manage multiple projects simultaneously, contribute to cloud-based deployments, and develop solutions across web and mobile platforms for clients from diverse industries.

*Essential Skills *

1. Strong experience in modern web application development using React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or equivalent frontend technologies
   
2. Proficiency in backend development using Python (Django, Fast API), Node.js, or equivalent technologies
   
3. Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices
   
4. Strong understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
   
5. Proficiency with Git and version control systems

*AI-Assisted Development *

1. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar
2. Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Context Management
3. Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation
4. Understanding of AI-driven software development workflows and productivity practices

*Cloud, DevOps & Automation *

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
2. Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and application hosting
3. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
4. Familiarity with DevOps concepts and release management processes
5. Experience with Docker, containerization, or orchestration tools is an advantage

Desirable Skills

1. Knowledge of Mobile Application Development (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native)
2. Exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, and automation frameworks
3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
4. Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing practices
5. Understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
2. Build and enhance web and mobile applications for global clients
3. Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve development speed and code quality
4. Work on multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Client stakeholders
6. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
7. Participate in cloud deployments, CI/CD implementation, and automation initiatives
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
9. Conduct code reviews and contribute to development best practices
10. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
11. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and software development trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant work experience
