Fullstack Developer

TL;DR - We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our team. You will be instrumental in building intuitive and efficient interfaces for Proof of Skill, a cutting-edge blockchain-based protocol designed for skill verification and credentialing.

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Component Implementation: Create reusable and modular front-end components following best practices.
• Integration: Work with blockchain-based back-end services and decentralized data sources.
• Optimization: Enhance performance, scalability, and security of front-end applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
• React Ecosystem: Solid understanding of Redux, React Router, and React Hooks.
• Next.js Expertise: Experience with SSR (server-side rendering) and SSG (static site generation).
• Tools & Workflows: Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
• Design Principles: Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and back-end services integration.
• Accessibility: Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus.
