Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Draft clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy for various formats, including blog posts, landing pages, social media updates, and email newsletters.

Visual Strategy & UI/UX: Collaborate on page layouts and content structures to ensure copy aligns perfectly with user experience (UX) best practices and visual hierarchies.

Basic Graphic Design: Create or touch up simple supporting visuals, social media graphics, and featured blog images using standard design tools.

Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure our content is accurate, authoritative, and adds real value for our readers.

SEO Basics: Learn and apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices (like keyword integration) to help increase our content's visibility.

Collaboration: Brainstorm with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to develop new content ideas, content calendars, and campaign concepts.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in professional writing, digital marketing, or graphic design (internships, freelance projects, or a personal portfolio/blog are highly valued).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Design & UI/UX Toolkit: Familiarity or hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).

Design Sensitivity: A strong baseline understanding of UI/UX principles, layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.

Writing Skills: Strong command of the English language with an eye for storytelling, structure, and flow.

Adaptability: A willingness to accept feedback, learn new software (like WordPress or SEO tools), and adapt your style to match our brand voice.
