About the Role
We're looking for a content creator to own short-form video for greenwaterHOME, our algae-based air synthesiser. This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing scripts, appearing on camera, shooting, and editing, with some help from the video editor we have on board. You're comfortable being in front of the camera regularly and can also work behind it when needed.
What You'll Do
Write and shoot Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on a regular schedule.
Turn product, science, and culture-led ideas into scripts that are tight, original, and easy to say out loud.
Shoot and edit your own content using basic tools (phone or camera, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Design carousels and static posts using tools like Canva or whatever you are comfortable working with.
Appear on camera as a recurring presence across our short-form content.
Work closely with the marketing team to stay aligned with brand voice and content calendar.
Track what's performing and adjust format, pacing, and hooks accordingly.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience creating short-form video content, ideally for a brand or personal channel with real traction.
Comfortable and natural on camera, this is a must.
Working knowledge of script writing for short-form: hooks, pacing, timing.
Basic video editing skills, you don't need to be a VFX artist, but you should be able to shoot and cut a clean, watchable video independently.
Basic design skills for carousels and static posts, Canva also works.
A good eye for what makes short-form content actually stop the scroll.
Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR.

Interest in science, health, or wellness content
A sense of humor that isn't try-hard
