Research Analyst

We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging deep into the internet, turning scattered information into structured insights, and has a native growth mindset to manage and grow the X profile.

This role isn't about writing blogs. It's about doing the research that powers founder content, startup ideas, market analyses, and strategic thinking.

What you'll do

• Research startups, industries, technologies, and business ideas.
• Generate long form (Substack) and short form content (X, LinkedIn).
• Find hidden insights from Reddit, X, Amazon reviews, Product Hunt, Hacker News, GitHub, YouTube, research papers, patents, forums, etc.
• Analyze customer pain points, market gaps, competitors, pricing, and GTM strategies.
• Actively manage founder's social media, mainly X.
• Track emerging trends in AI, startups, hardware, fintech, crypto, and consumer products.
• Help generate content ideas for founder's X, LinkedIn, and Substack.
• Monitor what performs well on founder X and identify content opportunities.

Required

• Exceptional internet research skills and ability to synthesize information instead of just collecting links.
• Experience actively managing X and demonstrating consistent growth across any profile.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Excellent written English.
• Familiarity with SEO/GEO and AI-first content workflows.
• Good with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools for content and analytics.

Good to Have

• Experience with startup research, consulting, VC, product management, or market research.
• Knowledge of Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Curiosity about AI, startups, hardware, crypto, or emerging technology.
• A portfolio or experience in managing founders' social media profiles.

Selection Process
Assignment round followed by an Interview with the founder.
We give you a startup idea (3-5 minute audio). Your task is to prepare a research dossier and a sample long form article.
