About the Role

As a Campus Growth & Community Intern, you will represent NoobSync within your college and student community while helping expand our national initiatives.

You will actively contribute to the growth of:

IdeaThon – National Innovation Competition
NoobSync Campus Leaders Program
Student Communities
College Partnerships
Future Technology & AI Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Promote IdeaThon and NoobSync initiatives across colleges and student communities.
Drive verified participant registrations for IdeaThon and other NoobSync programs.
Help grow the NoobSync Campus Leaders Program.
Build relationships with Entrepreneurship Cells, Innovation Cells, Placement Cells, IEEE, ACM, GDSC, coding clubs, and other student organizations.
Organize awareness sessions, webinars, workshops, and campus outreach activities.
Build and manage student communities through WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and other platforms.
Recruit and engage student volunteers and future campus representatives.
Support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Gather feedback from students and suggest ideas to improve NoobSync programs.
Represent NoobSync professionally while maintaining positive relationships within the student community.

Requirements
Currently pursuing any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for technology, startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, or community building.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Leadership, event management, or student club experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Performance-Based Rewards & Incentives

This is a performance-driven leadership internship designed to reward measurable impact and meaningful contributions.

There is no fixed monthly stipend associated with this role.

Interns will be eligible to earn performance-based incentives ranging from ₹500 to ₹75,000+ based on verified outcomes, including but not limited to:

Verified IdeaThon participant registrations
Approved NoobSync Campus Leader referrals
Successful college partnerships
Community growth initiatives
Event promotion and outreach activities
Leadership contributions and exceptional performance

Detailed milestone-based incentive structures will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview and onboarding process.
