Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement & Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, purchase operations, and business development initiatives to support our trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Handle end-to-end procurement and purchase processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
Source new business opportunities and assist in expanding the company’s client base.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, purchasing, or business development in a trading or sourcing environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good understanding of sourcing, supply chain processes, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools.
