Role Overview

As an On-Camera Content Creator Intern, you will be the face of NoobSync across Instagram and other digital platforms, creating Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and short-form content for our products, services, and marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, and a passion for social media, storytelling, presenting, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

Appear on camera and create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and advertising creatives.

Present NoobSync's products, services, initiatives, and brand messages in a clear and engaging manner.

Speak confidently and naturally while recording videos.

Deliver scripts naturally and make the content relatable to the target audience.

Record multiple variations of videos for organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.

Develop creative ideas, hooks, scripts, and concepts for short-form content.

Understand Instagram trends, Reels formats, audience engagement, and social media content trends.

Participate in photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and other brand activities when required.

Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and video-editing teams to develop and publish content.

Take feedback positively and improve content based on audience engagement and campaign requirements.

Maintain a professional and positive representation of the NoobSync brand.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends and content formats.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and speaking skills.

Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.

Natural, expressive, energetic, and engaging personality.

Good command of English and at least one South Indian language, such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.

Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media, and digital content.

Ability to explain ideas clearly and connect with an audience.

Ability to deliver scripted content naturally rather than simply reading from a script.

Willingness to learn, experiment, take feedback, and improve.

Candidates from South India preferred.

Previous experience in Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, anchoring, acting, hosting, or presenting is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidates from South India with proficiency in English and/or a South Indian regional language.

Individuals with previous experience in acting, anchoring, hosting, presenting, or social media content creation.

Candidates with a portfolio of Reels, videos, or other creative work are encouraged to apply, but a portfolio is not mandatory.

Important Requirement

This is an on-camera role. The selected candidate will regularly appear in videos published on NoobSync's social media channels and may also appear in content used for paid advertising campaigns.

Candidates should be comfortable recording themselves, speaking naturally on camera, and representing the NoobSync brand publicly.

Duration

3 Months – Internship

The internship may be conducted remotely, with content recording requirements coordinated with the marketing and creative team.

Compensation

This is a learning-focused, performance-based internship intended to provide practical experience in on-camera content creation, social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand communication.

There is no fixed salary or guaranteed stipend associated with this internship.

Based on performance, contribution, and business requirements, NoobSync may provide discretionary incentives, project-based rewards, recommendations, or future paid opportunities. Such opportunities are not guaranteed and will be communicated separately where applicable.
