About the role

NoobSync Innovations is looking for a UI/UX Developer Intern to design and build clear, responsive interfaces for our AI, education, and technology products. You will work with the product and engineering teams, taking ideas from user flows and Figma designs through to working screens.

Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs in Figma.

Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a frontend framework.

Improve existing screens based on product requirements and usability feedback.

Create reusable components and maintain consistent design patterns.

Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs.

Test interfaces across desktop and mobile screen sizes.

Requirements

A portfolio or project links showing UI/UX and frontend work.

Working knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Angular or React.

An understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability.

Ability to explain design decisions and work with feedback.

Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Experience with dashboards, design systems, or SaaS products is a plus.

Compensation and growth

This internship does not include a fixed stipend. Compensation is performance-based and will follow the contribution criteria shared with the selected candidate before joining. Strong performance may also be considered for a longer-term opportunity, subject to business needs and a separate offer.
