About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, fast, and execution-obsessed UI Designer who lives and breathes ecommerce design. You'll be working on real D2C brand websites every single day — designing landing pages, PDPs, homepages, and full website experiences that actually convert. If you're someone who can open Figma and deliver pixel-perfect work fast, knows how to use AI to move even faster, and has a genuine eye for what makes ecommerce design work — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Design Execution

1. Design high-quality UI for ecommerce websites — homepages, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart and checkout flows
2. Work from wireframes and briefs provided by the lead designer or account manager
3. Deliver pixel-perfect, dev-ready Figma files consistently and on time
4. Maintain design consistency across multiple brand identities simultaneously
5. Handle end-to-end design for projects when required

AI-Powered Workflow

1. Use AI design tools to speed up execution without compromising quality
2. Know when to use AI and when not to — quality and brand integrity come first
3. Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools that make the team faster
4. Share learnings with the team on what's working

Collaboration & Delivery

1. Work closely with account managers to understand client briefs and brand guidelines
2. Coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
3. Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate without losing momentum
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality

What We're Looking For

Must Have

1. 0–2 years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio of real ecommerce work
2. Deep proficiency in Figma — fast, organised, and clean in how you work
3. Strong visual design sense — typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy
4. Hands-on experience with AI design tools — Midjourney, Relume, Galileo, or similar
5. Proven ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
6. Portfolio must show ecommerce website work — no portfolio, no consideration

Good to Have

1. Experience designing for Shopify stores or D2C brands
2. Understanding of basic conversion principles — what makes a PDP or landing page convert
3. Exposure to design systems and component libraries
4. Basic understanding of how designs get developed — spacing, responsiveness, handoff
