Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at Patronus, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across our suite of data privacy solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of cutting-edge technology while driving positive change in the realm of data privacy. We are an early stage startup and this is going to be the first UI/UX team member for us.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with the Patronus brand and design guidelines.
• Design the end user products - both B2B and B2C
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including navigation, layout, and visual elements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects. Experience designing B2B or enterprise software products is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible interfaces.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and prototyping techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and feedback effectively.
