We work mainly with mid-size to large companies.

Our Story:

Founded in 2024, we released our initial product in April 2025 to a strong market response. Since August 2025, we've been refining our AI capabilities and enhancing the platform based on client feedback. Currently piloting with several major enterprises, we're now preparing to scale through a comprehensive product-led growth strategy.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves solving complex problems and creating simple, easy-to-use solutions. You'll work with our product leaders, engineers, and key team members to turn ideas into designs that deliver real results.

You think like a product person, balancing what customers need, what the business requires, and what's technically possible. You care deeply about the small details that make great products feel natural and easy to use.

Your Responsibilities

• Design complete user experiences, from early research and planning to final visual design and animations.
• Break down complex problems into clear design goals and work quickly through multiple versions.
• Use structured thinking to solve unclear problems and create simple, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Create multiple prototypes and mockups early on, exploring different options before choosing the best one.
• Work with product and engineering teams to ship designs quickly, while keeping quality high through clear documentation and teamwork.
• Talk directly with users and clients, turning what you learn into design improvements.
• Use user personas and customer journeys to guide your design decisions and make sure features solve real user problems.
• Follow our design system, keeping designs consistent while helping improve the system over time.
• Regularly get feedback from teammates to improve the quality of all our designs.
• Track how well designs work using data and user feedback, constantly improving them for better results.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience in fast-moving startup environments; experience with AI products is a bonus
• A strong portfolio showing complete projects, from research and exploration to final designs.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with strong attention to detail, user experience, and polish.
• Works well in changing and fast-paced environments, able to move quickly while staying focused.
• Able to see the big picture and make trade-offs between what users need, what's technically feasible, and what the business needs.
• Experience with AI tools for fast prototyping and testing is helpful.
• Strong communicator who can clearly explain design decisions and back them up with reasoning and data.
