Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1+ year of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behavior to improve UI/UX designs.
  
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  
• Visual Design & Branding: Develop modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing UI components while maintaining brand consistency.
  
• User Interaction & Usability Testing: Ensure smooth user interactions by conducting usability testing and gathering feedback.
  
• Collaboration with Developers & Product Team: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  
• Responsive & Accessible Design: Design for multiple screen sizes and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG, A11Y).
  
• Iterate & Improve: Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
  
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  
• Ability to create clean, modern UI designs with a strong focus on usability.
  
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
