Creative Visual Designer

Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Visual Designer to design high-quality digital product interfaces and visual assets across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong visual design fundamentals and the ability to translate product requirements, wireframes and concepts into clean, consistent and scalable UI designs.

Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual clarity
Convert wireframes, product requirements and concepts into high-fidelity designs
Create visual assets for digital products and marketing materials including social media creatives, presentations, brochures and flyers
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable UI components
Ensure visual consistency across all product and brand touchpoints
Improve UI layouts, visual hierarchy and overall user experience through design iterations
Design micro-interactions, motion elements and animations where required
Follow structured design processes and deliver outputs within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in visual design, UI design or product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of UX principles and product design fundamentals
• Ability to design both product UI and marketing creatives
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Portfolio demonstrating UI and visual design work

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Exposure to Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools
• Exposure to 3D tools or AutoCAD will be an added advantage

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience, skills and portfolio strength and will be
aligned with industry standards. Final compensation will be discussed during the
interview process.
