Job Description
It is a fintech company that works in financial products like loans, credit cards, and other banking services. As an Inside Sales Executive, your main role will be to talk to customers over phone, understand their financial needs, and explain suitable financial products to them. You will be calling on leads provided by the company, following up with interested customers, answering their queries, and closing the sales. You don’t need to go outside for field work – it’s a complete office-based, target-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
● Call customers on company-provided leads
● Understand customer requirements related to financial products
● Explain products like loans, credit cards, or other fintech services clearly
● Convince customers and close sales over the phone
● Follow up with interested customers regularly
● Maintain basic call and sales records
● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
● Good communication skills in English and local language
● Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or financial sales is preferred
● Freshers with good communication can also apply
● Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
● Comfortable with targets and phone-based sales
