About the Role
Social Salad is an AI content studio. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, can run a tight content calendar, and keeps projects moving smoothly between our creative team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Research and script content for our social channels
• Plan and maintain the content calendar with a consistent publishing rhythm
• Produce LinkedIn content for the founder's profile
• Brief the Ad Director and track projects from brief to final delivery
• Maintain our portfolio and keep it updated with the latest work
• Track performance across our social channels
• Manage client onboarding, delivery coordination, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• A content-native instinct: you consume content daily and know a good hook when you see one
• Strong project management discipline, comfortable with tools like Notion, Asana, or ClickUp
• Clear communication, both in briefs and client updates
• Comfort working across major social platforms
• Calm and organised when juggling multiple projects at once
• Open to using AI tools to speed up research, scripting, and content workflows

Who You Likely Are

• 2 to 3 years as a Social Media Manager, at a D2C brand or a content/marketing agency

• Experienced in running multi-channel content calendars
