Social Media Design Executive

We’re hiring a Social Media Designer at Websites.co.in. Your job is simple and demanding at the same time: design content that looks sharp, posts consistently, and builds brand recall across every major platform.

What you’ll do
Design and publish posts, stories, reels, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Own end-to-end execution, design → caption → posting → basic performance tracking
Create visuals that match the brand tone, product positioning, and audience mindset
Maintain a clean, consistent visual identity across all platforms
Work with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into scroll-stopping creatives
Follow a posting calendar and hit deadlines without hand-holding
Adapt designs quickly based on trends, formats, and performance data

What we expect
Strong design sense and hands-on skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Clear understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Basic awareness of what works on each platform and why
Ability to design fast without compromising quality
Comfortable posting content directly on social platforms
Willingness to learn analytics and improve designs based on results
Prior experience is helpful, not mandatory. Output matters more than certificates
