About the Role
Social Salad is an AI content studio working with Indian brands across categories like jewellery, watches, skincare, apparel, footwear, and real estate. We're looking for a Business Development executive to build and run our India pipeline through outreach, relationships, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

1. Build enriched India prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, and Sales Navigator
2. Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach with sharp, occasion-led messaging
3. Post our work in relevant WhatsApp groups daily and track them for inbound interest
4. Respond to queries and inbound DMs promptly
5. Source partnerships with marketing agencies, planners, consultants, and adjacent businesses
6. Keep the CRM clean and up to date

What We're Looking For

1. Account-based selling instinct: you quickly spot the decision maker and the right angle
2. Strong networking ability, especially over WhatsApp and informal channels
3. Bilingual selling in Hindi and English
4. Awareness of Indian D2C and consumer brands
5. A genuine hustle ethic and comfort with follow-ups

Who You Likely Are

• 2 to 3 years in account-based sales, relationship sales, or brand partnerships
• Likely from a D2C brand, brand partnerships team, media sales, real estate sales, or an influencer marketing platform
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to research and personalise outreach
