Staff Engineer/Front End Architect

Frontend Architect / Staff Engineer

📍 Bangalore (In-Office)

We’re looking for a frontend architect who has actually built things from zero.
Not someone who optimized buttons at scale. Someone who has lived through messy MVPs, painful rewrites, late-night launches, and turning chaos into production systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own core frontend architecture from the ground up
• Work closely with product, design, and founders
• Shape the future of AI-driven design-to-code workflows
• Create fast, scalable, beautiful user experiences
• Set engineering standards across frontend systems

What We Care About

• 10–14 years of real product-building experience
• Deep expertise in React + TypeScript
• Strong understanding of state management, frontend infra, testing
• Proven zero-to-one execution
• Taste for product and design
• Curiosity about AI and where frontend engineering is heading

What This Is Not

• A “maintain legacy dashboards” role
• A remote chill setup
• A place for title collectors

What This Is

• Intense build mode
• High ownership
• Six-day in-office energy during go-live phases
• A chance to help shape a category-defining company

Backed by a $44M Series A.
Strong ESOP upside.
Small team. Massive ambition.

If you’ve ever wanted to build something that genuinely matters — this is probably your room.
