Job Title
MERN Stack developer (Mid-Senior to Senior Level)
Location: Indore / On-site
Experience: 3–5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Android applications using Java
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and learning platforms using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces for student and educator experiences
• Design and develop secure REST APIs for course management, assessments, live sessions, and user data
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and high user engagement
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Backend teams to deliver impactful EdTech solutions
• Write clean, modular, and production-ready code following best practices
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve application stability, and enhance overall user experience
• Participate in code reviews, feature planning, and deployment processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in MERN Stack development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Experience building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of authentication, role-based access control, and API integrations
• Familiarity with Redux/Context API and responsive UI development
• Knowledge of Git, Agile workflows, and deployment processes
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Experience building apps for large-scale consumer products
• Knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, or microservices architecture
• Experience integrating video streaming, payment gateways, or real-time features
• Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of analytics, caching strategies, and application performance optimization
