Luke Branding & Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to help us generate qualified leads and book meetings through outbound strategies.

Compensation Structure

First 2 months: 100% commission-based role
Performance evaluation after probation period
Successful candidates may receive a full-time offer with:
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 monthly salary
- Additional performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

Lead generation and prospect research
Cold outreach through:
- Email outreach
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
Booking meetings with potential clients
Maintaining consistent daily outreach activity
Submitting daily performance/output reports

Requirements

Prior experience in cold outreach or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable speaking with prospects and handling objections
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and consistently

Important Note

This role starts as a commission-only opportunity during the initial 2-month probation period. Performance, consistency, communication skills, and output quality will be evaluated before extending a full-time offer.
