aigovernx.io is hiring a Lead Generation & Research Associate to help identify the companies, founders, and product teams building the next generation of AI products — and start meaningful governance conversations before problems scale.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• startup research,
• AI ecosystem discovery,
• founder outreach,
• governance awareness,
• and commercial relationship building.

We are looking for someone who naturally spends time exploring:

• AI startups,
• creator tools,
• AI agents,
• Product Hunt launches,
• GitHub projects,
• AI communities,
• and emerging AI trends online.

What You Will Do

• Research AI startups, AI SaaS platforms, creator AI tools, AI agents, and automation products

• Identify companies that may require:

  • AI governance support,
  • trust & safety review,
  • risk assessments,
  • AI assurance,
  • or enterprise readiness guidance

• Build structured prospect and founder databases

• Conduct outreach across:

  • LinkedIn,
  • X/Twitter,
  • Product Hunt,
  • startup communities,
  • GitHub,
  • Discord,
  • and AI ecosystems

• Understand what companies are building and what stage they are at

• Start thoughtful conversations around:

  • AI governance,
  • responsible AI,
  • trust,
  • enterprise risk,
  • and operational accountability

• Maintain outreach pipelines and relationship tracking

• Submit daily progress reports and weekly research summaries

• Support founder discovery, ecosystem intelligence, and commercial growth initiatives

Important Engagement Terms — Please Read Carefully

This is a part-time, fully remote, commission-only engagement for the initial 6-month period.

Compensation is directly tied to:

• commercial opportunities created,

• and successful client onboarding contributions.

A permanent role may be offered after:
