About The Padel Company
The Padel Company is building India's padel brand from scratch across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and WhatsApp. We have a strong brand identity, a clear content direction, and a growing community. We need someone to manage and grow our social presence with genuine creativity and consistency.
The Role You manage The Padel Company's social media channels daily. You schedule and publish content, write captions, engage with the community, track analytics, and surface what is working. You work with the Canva design intern to produce visual content and with the content team to adapt articles into social posts. You grow our following across platforms through genuine, community-first activity.
What We Are Looking For Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing. Strong writer in English — you understand the difference between a caption that works and one that doesn't. Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter natively — not just as a user but as someone who thinks about how content spreads.
