Founding Engineer

Cintra is an AI-native agency that helps ecommerce brands get recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI search results. We automate most of our delivery with AI — and need someone to make that 10x better.

What you'll do:
Build and improve our delivery pipelines and sales automations. You'll be turning manual workflows into reliable, scalable systems. Think: content generation pipelines, outreach automation, data processing, and internal tooling that keeps our agency running lean.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of engineering experience and think from first principles
• Ship fast and iterate — you'd rather have something working today than perfect next month
• Have some exposure to AI/LLMs (bonus if you've worked with Claude SDK)
• Are comfortable owning problems end-to-end without much hand-holding
• Tech stack doesn't matter — we care about how you think, not what you've used
