About the Role.

• You would be one of the founding engineers.
• You would work on a product that would be used by consumers globally.
• You would be instrumental in shaping on the technology and tech culture in the company.

About You.

• You care about the product and the impact that it brings.
• You have attention to detail.
• You have keenness to understand business along with learning different technologies.
• You are a problem solver with strong engineering fundamentals.
• You care more about solving customers' problems and building a delightful experience than about using some particular technology to do that.

Must have skills

• You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly and learn coding languages if needed.
• Ability to get under the hood and debug/tune components.
• An insatiable curiosity to keep learning.
• Expertise in any part of the stack: front-end, back-end, devops or just the desire to get better.

Good to have skills

• An understanding of blockchains the distributed systems engineering.

We’d also love to see:

• Open source contributions, hobby projects.
• Sharing of knowledge - either through technical talks, teaching classes, consulting on projects, or formal mentoring.
