The Co-Founder Opportunity: Equity & Commitment This is a Co-Founder position for a true entrepreneur. No guts, no glory. We are seeking a partner ready to build a category-defining company in the Behavioral Intelligence space.

Compensation Structure and Commitment:

• Founder Equity Package: Your package will be a negotiated amount of Founder Equity.
• No Salary (Bootstrapping Phase): We are currently bootstrapping the company; none of the Co-Founders / CXOs are taking salaries. You will not receive a paycheck until the closing of a fund-raising round or when sales generate sufficient cash flow.
• Time Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week is acceptable during this bootstrap phase.
• Mandatory Filter: DO NOT apply if you are going to ask for a paycheck. This is an equity-driven Co-Founder role.

The Role: Chief Product Officer (CPO) Reporting directly to the CEO, you are the architect of the user journey and the bridge between our proprietary Behavioral Intelligence and the high-growth Sales AI, Role Play, and Coaching markets. You will define the "What" and the "Why" of our product roadmap, ensuring our Sincerity™ engine provides indispensable value to Sales VPs, HR leaders, and Compliance officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle. Define the H1 2026 roadmap focusing on Sales Enablement and AI Role Play.
• UX/UI for Behavioral Intelligence: Lead the design of how "Sincerity" is visualized. Transform deep markers into actionable dashboards.
• Strategic Integration: Prioritize "Ready-to-Run" tech integrations (Vocal Prosody/Biometric APIs) to accelerate development.
• Explainable Behavioral Data: Design the feedback layer to ensure AI transparency (Explainable AI).
• Metrics & Iteration: Define and track product-led growth (PLG) metrics to drive retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management (Enterprise Software/AI/SaaS).
• 0-to-1 Mastery: Experience scaling an MVP to its first enterprise users.
• Design-Obsessed: High bar for UX/UI in "High-Stakes" environments.
• Agile Leadership: Experience managing remote, global teams in lean environments.
