The job

You'll work directly with the founder and own how we show up in the world.

Month one, you'll focus on one thing: outbound. Writing Email+LinkedIn campaigns that actually get replies, and trying other things when they don't. Once that's running, the job widens.

What it widens into:

Social & content. Keep our channels active and worth following. Sit with the product and engineering team, pull out the real stories, and turn them into posts people stop for.

Lead gen. Run email experiments at volume. Write copy that earns a reply. Cold call: some weeks that means 50 calls before one goes well. If that sentence made you wince, this isn't your role.

Growth experiments. Try unconventional things. Track what happens. Scale what works. Kill what doesn't, fast.

Who you are

• You've shipped something — a newsletter, a side project, a campaign, youtube videos, instagram reels — and you can show us the numbers.
• You write well, with or without AI.
• You've found ways to make AI tools do real work for you, not just draft text.
• You're comfortable doing things for the first time and getting better
• You're a doer, not a delegator.
