We just launched and are looking for a hands-on growth hacker to help us find, attract, and convert our first 5,000 customers.

This is a full-ownership role — you'll be the first dedicated growth hire, reporting directly to the founder. If you love running scrappy experiments, reading data, and iterating fast, this is for you.

What you'll do
Own and execute paid acquisition campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google — from creative briefs to bid optimisation.
Build and grow our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — content calendars, posting, community engagement.
Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with parenting influencers, family bloggers, and children's content creators.
Run rapid A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs — document what works and scale it.
Track CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics weekly; present findings and next-step recommendations to the founder.
Identify untapped acquisition channels (Pinterest SEO, Reddit, parenting forums, gifting communities) and experiment with them.

What we're looking for
2+ years running paid social or search campaigns with measurable results (must share examples or case studies).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting flows.
Comfortable with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or equivalent.
Strong written English — you'll be writing ad copy, DMs to influencers, and internal reports.
Self-directed and fast-moving — we're a small team, and you'll have real autonomy from day one.

Bonus: experience marketing to parents, gift buyers, or in the children's/education space.
