What we’re looking for
Lumen5’s role in the video creation space is growing, with developments in AI technology creating great opportunity. We’re changing how marketers approach an omnichannel content strategy, by empowering them with video creation that scales with the organization.
The marketing team is tasked with creating educational content that speaks to our Enterprise and SMB target audience, driving demand for our platform and connecting them with the video strategy that they need to grow.
In our small team, each marketer works independently and takes initiative to push projects to completion, but is happy to collaborate to achieve the shared KPIs. We’re always aiming to be “great”, not just “good enough”, and it shows in our attention to detail, future-focused thinking, and adaptability.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can tell a great story across digital platforms, from social media to email and beyond. Whether it’s video, text, or graphics, they understand the ins-and-outs of effective communication, don’t hesitate to repurpose content for a new channel, and is not afraid to get a little silly.
What you’ll do:
- Adapt content into effective assets for each of Lumen5’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Youtube, and Instagram, with a focus on lead generation and thought leadership
- Create short-form video for campaigns including social media and email, with the ability to optimize content to the intended channel and audience
- Write blogs using available resources across content and product marketing, using key SEO terms and strategies to effectively reach our ideal audience
- Assist in executing paid campaigns on social media channels or other advertising platforms
- Assist in executing communications campaigns, from content distribution to multi-channel product launches
- Support brand-building and brand recognition campaigns, such as helping with event submissions and execution, responding to reviews, or collaborating with People and Culture
- Track and understand campaign metrics, with the ability to communicate learnings to the wider team, and apply improvements for future projects
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in areas of responsibility, and work to improve existing processes and campaigns
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or equivalent
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively
- Good grasp of various marketing channels: social media, events, email, etc
- Excellent communication skills while maintaining brand voice and tone
- Bonus points if you are:
- familiar with Hubspot
- gifted with an eye for design
- chronically online
Compensation
The starting salary band for this role (for candidates at our targeted skill level) is $64,660 - $75,970. Our compensation structure is market-based, and we pay fair market rate for all roles. We value transparency, which is why we share our starting salary bands for all roles at Lumen5. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience and skill level.
