Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the development department’s strategy
• Liase with clients on their grant and savings roadmaps
• Identify grant funding opportunities
• Write, submit and manage grant proposals
• Furnish prospective funders with supporting documents
• Collaborate with Head of Operations and Head of Revenue to send client newsletters and to promote collaboration
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to compile reporting

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Grant Writer, Strategy Consultant or similar role
• Proficient with measuring and reaching income goals
• Great with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
• Excellent knowledge of fundraising information sources
• Exceptional organizational and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in creative writing or related field
