Job Description:

We’re looking for a charismatic, knowledgeable, and tech-savvy Podcast Host and Producer to lead, create, and curate insightful conversations around the blockchain space, DeFi, and the future of digital ownership. You’ll be the voice of Namefi’s vision across audio platforms, engaging thought leaders, educating the community, and fostering discussions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Host weekly podcasts and Twitter Spaces focused on blockchain, DeFi, and digital ownership trends, with a specific focus on domain names and programmable ownership.
Plan episode topics, identify relevant guests, and craft an agenda that aligns with Namefi’s mission, community interests, and the latest in Web3 and DeFi.
Conduct research on guests and topics to ask insightful questions that keep the conversation lively, informative, and accessible for a diverse audience.
Edit recorded episodes for quality and clarity, ensuring all audio content meets Namefi’s high standards before publishing.
Engage with the audience during and after sessions, promoting upcoming shows, encouraging participation, and responding to feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create promotional assets, snippets, and other materials to boost episode reach.
Monitor trends in social audio and podcasts to keep our programming fresh, relevant, and positioned as a go-to resource in the Web3 space.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a podcast or Twitter Spaces host, with an established portfolio or track record of successful shows.
Strong knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the domain name industry; ability to break down complex topics for broader audiences.
Excellent communication skills with a clear, engaging speaking voice and the confidence to moderate live discussions.
Audio editing skills using tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar software.
Comfort with social media platforms and understanding of how to leverage Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels to promote audio content.
Ability to network and build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and experts to secure top-notch guest appearances.
Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and creating memorable audio experiences.
Language Skill podcast-hosting level English conversation skills is required. A second language is a big bonus.

Bonus Points:

Existing network within the blockchain, DeFi, or domain name space.
Experience producing content for additional platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
Passion for building a community and fostering open dialogue in the evolving digital ownership space.
