About the Role
As a Spline 3D Graphic Designer Intern at Xenara AI, you will immerse yourself in creating visually stunning 3D assets and animations that align with our brand identity. You'll work alongside our design and product teams to craft interactive 3D experiences using Spline, adding depth and creativity to our digital projects.

Note: This is an unpaid internship, but high-performing candidates will be considered for a full-time position with competitive compensation upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop 3D assets, models, and animations using Spline.
2. Collaborate with the UI/UX and marketing teams to enhance the visual appeal of our products and campaigns.
3. Experiment with textures, lighting, and rendering to produce high-quality graphics.
4. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize designs.
5. Research emerging trends in 3D design to propose innovative ideas for our projects.

What We're Looking For

1. Passion for 3D Design: A creative thinker excited about 3D modeling, animation, and immersive design.
2. Proficiency with Spline: Experience using Spline to create interactive 3D visuals is preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with other design tools such as Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
4. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design consistency, color theory, and spatial relationships.
5. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proactiveness: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
