Creative Designer

Work location will be in Borivali, Mumbai office.

As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

More responsibilities in detail:

1. Consulting with the project team and determining visual design preferences and expectations.
2. Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts
3. Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner.
4. Meeting with the project team for feedback and editing designs, when required.
5. Collaborating with IT developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities.
6. Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends.
7. Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
8. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.

Requirements

1. A minimum of one years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.
2. The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
3. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
4. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
5. Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
6. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Sketch or similar.
7. Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin and other relevant design tools.
8. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
