UI/UX Designer

Roles, Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Ideate and concept digital experiences
• Create and develop brand assets
• Understanding and decoding the brief and project requirements
• Deliver compelling, innovative UI concepts
• Adhering to style standards on typography and UI design
• Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, information architecture, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes for multiple projects
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.
• Creating industry standard pitch decks and UI-UX audits
• Identify competitive landscape & industry trends
• Participating in brainstorming sessions as well as internal and external feedback sessions
• Assisting in creating pitch decks, auditing & researching.
• Work closely with Creative brand leads to develop and execute performant user experiences
• Create and execute user-centered designs for products that differentiate our brand in the industry.
• Work with design team to create and improve customer experience, market impact and brand value ### Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
• 2.5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI and Interactive Design
• 2.5+ years of demonstrated experience working as a graphics designer or illustrator
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
