Analytics Lead- Category Speed- Business (M4)

Myntra’s Category Speed business team aims to unlock incremental growth on the back of a reliable Sub-Same Day (SSD) & Same Day (SD) delivery service coupled with a choicest branded selection thereby offering a unique and differentiated merchandise for its fashion forward customers. Along with the speed of delivery, which is table stakes for quick commerce business, availability of the right selection will play a major role in its success. The Category speed business team will have its stakeholders in category, central planning, business finance, business analytics and supply chain and will primarily be responsible for rapid growth of this model.

• Growth Avenues: Guide both supply and demand through visibility on selection whitespaces, demand to unlock further growth
• Business Health: Prepare and publish L1 metrics for senior management to gauge health of the business comprising growth and profitability metrics.
• Ensure availability of critical L2 / L3 supply and demand metrics through intuitive dashboards to aid planning & quick decision-making across departments.
