Who we’re looking for:
As we step into our next chapter of growth, we’re looking to hire additional Account Executives. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success in uncovering sales pipeline, executing a multi-step, multi-stakeholder sales cycle, and knows how to persuade an audience to adopt innovation. We believe the best salespeople are kind, empathetic, and transparent, and that’s the kind of person we want to represent our brand.
In this role you will:
- Challenge the status quo
- Prospect and develop future HiHello mid-market accounts
- Support inbound leads and manage prospects throughout the entire sales cycle
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospective customers
- Close deals and hit monthly sales goals
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering
A few things about you:
- You’re an early adopter - you love discovering new ways of doing things and sharing them with others
- You’re a builder, a grower, or a fixer - you get satisfaction out of making things better
- 3 years experience in a B2B sales role
- Are comfortable conducting product demos
- SaaS experience is ideal
- You present well, both written and verbal
- You’re competitive but also a great team player
- You thrive working in a remote environment
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: You’re a Hubspot whiz
