To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
Requirements:1. Experience in managing Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, VPNs(Remote and S2S VPN)and VLAN.2. Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Up-gradation, Backups, RMA Device Replacement.3. Network Gear (Switch, Firewall, Aruba Wireless, CPPM, F5, etc) configuration and Up-gradation4. NAT, ACL, VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, Port-channel configuration, concepts and troubleshooting5. Site to Site, SSL, and IPSec VPN configuration and management on Firewalls ( Fortinet, PaloAlto)6. QOS, PBR, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF concepts and configurations7. NMS, Syslog, SNMP configuration and management8. Implementing Day to day operational changes on Network and Secuity Devices9. Implementation of standard firewall changes related to URL filtering & application filtering, routing, NAT, etc to allow or deny business-critical traffic.10 Troubleshooting skills: CLI and GUI11. Day-to-day support for level 2 & 3 including assisting peers with issues and escalation.12. To handle breakfix calls and Incidents.13. Interested in participating all the Critical incident calls to troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting issues.14. Participation in urgent and critical incidents where perimeter security is involved15. Participation in periodic business application DR drills comprising changes to the Load balancer(F5) and firewall configuration for DC/ DR Failover16. Administration, Incident Management, troubleshooting, and Monitoring of Network Devices and Applications.17. Configuring VPN and applying security policy on Fortigate/Palo Alto firewalls18. Understanding of Tools: Wireshark, Nmap, GNS3, Github19. client communication, support and maintenance of an existing system20. Diagnosis and resolution of critical production issues21.
