Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Technology Stack:

• Proficient in consumer-facing web and app development using React.js, Node.js, and Java.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable, performance-oriented applications.

Core Web Vitals and Performance:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization techniques.
• Implement best practices to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience of our web and app platforms.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive the development of consumer-facing features.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Technical Strategy:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the technical roadmap for the Consumer-Facing Web/App team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our technology stack.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and stability of our web and app platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on consumer-facing web and app applications.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Java.
• In-depth knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
