About Us
We’re a startup building an AI-powered astrology companion app, providing personalized insights and emotional support to India’s GenZ and GenY. We aim to combine astrology with AI for an engaging, adaptive user experience.

We’re seeking a Co-Founder to lead our AI/ML strategy and manage the technology infrastructure required for scaling our app to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Strategy: Lead development of AI/ML algorithms with a focus on NLP and Generative AI (e.g., GPT models). Build and optimize personalization engines for horoscopes and insights.
Tech Infrastructure: Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) to support AI processing, data storage, and scalability.
Product Development: Collaborate on the product roadmap, collaborate on backend development
Data & Analytics: Implement systems for collecting and analyzing user data to improve personalization. Ensure data privacy and security.
Leadership: Make critical technical decisions, lead AI innovation, and drive product growth with the founding team.

Must Have
Expertise in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI models (GPT, BERT,foundation models)
Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Groq, Cerebras) for scalable AI operations.
Good understanding of LangChain, RAG, Graph DB, Knowledge graphs, Vector DB.
Excellent programming skills - Python, JS.
Proven track record in AI-powered product development, ideally for mobile apps.
Leadership skills
Passion for astrology or personalized AI products is a plus.
