Your Role
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will:
- Source and Screen Candidates: Assist in sourcing and evaluating candidates for various job openings, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Support HR Branding: Help develop innovative HR branding strategies to enhance employer visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
- Learn and Apply Technology: Utilize HRIS and AI-powered tools to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate data efficiently.
- Participate in Client Engagements: Shadow experienced consultants during client meetings and candidate interviews to gain real-world insights.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work with team members on special projects aimed at enhancing recruitment efforts and strategies.
- Engage in Sales Activities: Participate in generating leads and expanding our client base by assisting in sales initiatives and client outreach.
Experience and Compensation
- Experience Range: 0-2 Years
- Educational Background: Engineering or MBA graduates
Compensation:
- 2024 & 2025 Graduates:
- ₹10,000/month for a 6-month internship + a full-time offer based on performance [Up to 5 LPA]
