Scispace is looking for a Technincal recruiter to join our world-class team! You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition by performing various recruiting functions. This position will report to the CEO of Scispace.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles
Must have built teams in a start-up environment or have built 0 to 1 teams previously
Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview, negotiation, and closing process
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements in the AI field

Responsibilities

Own full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles Partner closely with hiring managers/leadership to build scalable recruiting processes and hire incredible talent
Proactively source to build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, employee referrals, LinkedIn, virtual job fairs, etc.)
Deploying strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines, ie targeted sourcing, employer branding, events, etc
