Introduction: As the Operations Manager at Infinity Constellation, you will play a vital role in bridging our internal team with the dynamic ecosystem of AI-powered startups we support. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will engage in both external-facing Founder Operations and internal initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, culture, and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute during a transformative growth phase.

Responsibilities:

Founder Engagement:

• Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) and company reviews, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new portfolio companies, refining systems as necessary.
• Plan and execute community-building events such as founder dinners and CEO roundtable discussions.
• Maintain and enhance the founder resource library, including playbooks and evergreen content.
• Manage founder communications and oversee the CEO listserv.
• Track and report on impact activities using the CRM system.

Internal Operations:

• Support firm-wide operations, including strategic planning, KPI management, and maintaining operational cadence.
• Lead special projects to support partners and the CEO.
• Implement HR strategies and oversee performance management processes.
• Monitor founder engagement, leveraging survey insights to improve operations.
• Oversee employee onboarding and hiring processes.
• Coordinate internal communications and organize team events, including all-hands meetings and quarterly offsites.
• Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure employee safety and well-being.
• Support board and investor reporting, ensuring accurate and complete portfolio KPIs in collaboration with finance.
• Provide ad hoc support for investor relations initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, startups, management consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex workstreams.
• Proven ability to interface with senior leaders and manage upward effectively.
• Experience in community management and event planning.
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Compensation and Employment Details:

• Candidates must be available to work at least three days a week at Infinity Constellation’s New York City office.

• Competitive compensation with a targeted range of $100,000 to $110,000, including potential upside in the fund.
