Role Overview:

As the leader of our Supply Team, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our partnerships with tour operators, expanding our content offerings, and driving technical excellence. Your mission? To inspire and empower our team to deliver industry-leading supplier support, cultivate strategic supplier relationships, and drive content expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team focused on maintaining relationships with tour operators, technical supply specialists, and content expansion, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance of relationships with tour operators, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to enhance our product offerings.
  • Drive technical excellence within the team, collaborating with technical supply specialists to optimize platform integrations and operations.
  • Spearhead content expansion initiatives, working closely with the content expansion team to identify and onboard new suppliers and enhance content quality.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals, driving performance and accountability across the supply team.
  • Champion supplier development, offering support and guidance to enhance supplier relationships and content quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supplier feedback drives product development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze supplier data and industry trends to identify opportunities, optimize supplier performance, and enhance content offerings.

  • Excels at strategic thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and technical acumen.
  • Is adept at leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decisions and optimize supplier performance.
  • Embraces remote work with enthusiasm, embodying proactive and engaging communication practices.
  • Communicates fluently in both written and spoken English.
