Post-Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a Post-Implementation Specialist to join our team for an organizational analysis project with ageny. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-implementation review and monitoring, particularly within the public sector. This role involves monitoring the implementation of recommendations, establishing tracking mechanisms, and assessing the effectiveness of changes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the implementation of recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
Establish mechanisms to track progress and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process or structural refinements.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare reports and presentations on post-implementation findings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in post-implementation review and monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
