Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to conduct a comprehensive analysis of agency’s business practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, with experience in the public sector and technical services. The role involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance communication channels, and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business practices within agency’s Construction and Technical Services and Facilities Maintenance divisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
Benchmark agency’s practices against other public and private entities.
Develop and recommend strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Organizational Development Specialist and other team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably within the public sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with performance metrics and benchmarking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
