Solutions Engineer Intern

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: INR 25,000/ month

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with existing customers and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions on the Clappia platform.
2. Collaborating with the engineering and sales teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications and ensure smooth execution.
3. Mastering the Clappia platform to design and configure solutions that align with customers' business goals and technical needs.
4. Assisting the sales team by creating proof of concept (PoC) models and technical demos to showcase the platform's capabilities.
5. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing their technical concerns and providing solutions to challenges.
6. Gathering customer feedback on product performance and working with the engineering team to communicate insights for continuous improvement.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to enhance customer satisfaction and product engagement.
8. Conducting training sessions and technical workshops to ensure customers can leverage the platform effectively.
9. Using spreadsheet tools like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas to analyze data and assist customers in extracting technical insights.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
3. A technical problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing practical and scalable solutions.
4. Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas for technical analysis.
5. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, particularly in SaaS or tech-related industries, is a plus.
6. Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
7. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new software tools and technologies.
8. Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
