We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in analytics, modelling, and statistical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the analytics domain, with at least 2 years of modelling experience covering the implementation of various statistical models.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in the analytics domain
2+ years of modelling experience covering the implementation of various statistical models
Proficiency in scripting and/or programming language, e.g. Advanced Python, R (Optional), Advanced SQL
Advanced knowledge of data processing, database programming, and data analytics tools and techniques
Prior experience working with large datasets (100 crores+)
Extensive background in data mining, modelling, and statistical analysis (e.g. Linear and logistic regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.)
Ability to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
Applied logistic/linear regression concepts in real-world scenarios
Ability to self-start and work self-directed in a fast-paced environment
Experience in articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, developing statistical models, and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

They will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions
