Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Google & Meta Ads Manager to lead performance marketing efforts at Artikate Studio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns that drive ROI while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Creation and Management:

    • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
    • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to create targeted and effective campaigns.
    • Craft compelling ad copy and creative strategies to improve click-through rates and conversions.
  2. Optimization and Scaling:

    • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, and CPA.
    • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  3. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.
    • Regularly evaluate spending patterns and recommend adjustments based on performance trends.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between ads and landing pages.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate ads into broader digital strategies.
  6. Market Trends and Innovation:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google and Meta advertising.
    • Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation within campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
    • Proven track record of improving campaign performance and achieving business goals.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
    • Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
    • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and their relationship to paid campaigns.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Experience with e-commerce advertising and platforms like Shopify.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing platforms.
