About the company

Biocule, is an upcoming D2C brand in the beauty and personal care space founded by a group of D2C enthusiasts with relevant industry experience of launching and scaling D2C brands in multiple categories in the past.

About the role :

Key responsibilities for the role includes

1. Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
2. Coordinating with 3rd party product manufacturers, packaging partners & R&D partners and to execute on Brand’s innovation strategies.
3. Strategize and execute on new product developments based on performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
4. Coordinating with Marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth match between the demand and supply side.
5. Utilize category, consumer and product insights to plan and execute on product marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
6. Assist the creative team to develop marketing and sales communication for different channels.

Key Requirements :

1. Previous experience of at least 3 years as Brand Manager or similar roles.
2. Ability to derive deep understanding of consumer needs and market trends and requirements.
3. Analytical mind set and data driven approach.
4. Good communication and organizational skills.
5. An understanding of digital commerce and its components.
6. Ability to stay focused and take on multiple responsibilities with ownership in a fast moving growth centred environment.
